ItsThem watches the public status pages of third-party vendors and alerts your team in Slack, by webhook or by email. Vendor status data comes from the vendors themselves.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are sold through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and issues invoices. New workspaces start with a 14-day Pro trial.
